With Christmas on the horizon, we all know now is the time to dig out the cosy clothes and eat, drink and dance our way into a very merry time.

1)    Ease up on the alcohol. It’s the festive period, there are office parties, Christmas do’s and family gatherings. The booze quickly mounts up, especially if you’re a heavy drinker.
