How to Use Biofreeze 16oz Gel Pump
- To use the Biofreeze gel pump simply push the handle and spread a thin layer over the area of the painful muscle of joint. Only one application is necessary for up to 3 hours of powerful pain relief, it does not require massaging in.
- Biofreeze gel should not be used simultaneously with a heated product.
- Biofreeze should not be used on skin with a bandage.
- Never apply to open wounds.
- Biofreeze should be used used for a maximum of 4 times a day.
Always read instructions.
Biofreeze is not suitable for children under 2.
