Lactobacillus bulgaricus
Lactobacillus casei
Lactobacillus rhamnosus
Streptococcus thermophilus
Contains No:
Dairy or lactose, Gluten or grains, Soy, Colours, Additives or preservatives, Added Sugar, Yeast
Dairy free but in accordance with allergen labelling rules we must state as follows:
Contains traces of milk at a level which would not affect lactose intolerance sufferers.
Dosage:
If 8 strain bacteria daily probiotic is taken alone (recommended to be combined with digestive health or intestinal products, see relevant categories) start off by taking a higher dosage of 3 to 4 capsules, split up throughout the day with food for 2 to 4 weeks. Thereafter, reduce dosage to 1 daily probiotic capsule taken 1 to 2 times per day.
Best to be taken continuously for 2 to 3 months, together with improved eating habits.
Item does require refrigeration but within each pot there is a food grade approved sachet to ensure product is not affected by moisture after opening.
